Bogues keeps the ball to himself

Muggsy Bogues of Charlotte is one of the smallest players in the NBA at 5-3, but he also is one of the league's best decision makers and has one of the best pair of hands. The Hornets' point guard is the only player in the league with a better than 4-to-1 assists-to-turnover ratio, getting 4.24 assists for every turnover. Phoenix, with Jason Kidd and Kevin Johnson, is the only team with two players in the top 10.
